Reva Printery Invests in Konica Minolta AccurioPress 4070 to Enhance Digital Printing Capabilities

Reva Printery, a prominent printing service provider based in Goregaon East, Mumbai, has recently upgraded its digital printing capabilities with the acquisition of a Konica Minolta AccurioPress 4070. The new digital press was supplied and installed by TechNova Imaging Systems, a leading distributor known for its innovative solutions and reliable customer support.

Manish Parikh, the current head of Reva Printery, explained the decision-making process behind this significant investment. "We had to phase out our Xerox Versant," Parikh stated. "We were considering various options, including Japanese machines. However, TechNova, a trusted partner known for its forward-thinking recommendations, proposed the Konica Minolta AccurioPress 4070. We found this offer to be the most advantageous in terms of cost and return on investment."

The cost versus ROI analysis was a crucial factor in finalizing the deal. Parikh emphasized that the machine's performance and efficiency promised a quick return on investment, making it a prudent choice for the company's long-term growth.

Reva Printery has a rich legacy, established by Manish Parikh's father, Priyakant Parikh. Under his leadership, Reva Printery has grown to cater to five of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in India, addressing their dynamic needs for point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale (POS) materials, as well as in-clinic promotional activities.

The evolving demands of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly the rise of new and specialty divisions, have led to a surge in shorter print runs and a heightened focus on value addition in both concept and post-print processes. "Adopting digital technology today is a no-brainer," Parikh noted. "The user-friendly interfaces of modern digital presses make the transition seamless."

In addition to the AccurioPress 4070, Reva Printery has recently invested in a plotter, further expanding its production capabilities. Parikh highlighted the necessity of this investment, stating that it was "the need of the hour."

Expressing his satisfaction with the new digital press, Parikh described the AccurioPress 4070 as an "unstoppable machine" that has significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. "Its color accuracy is closest to offset printing, which is crucial for our main line of business," he said. "The sharpness in small fonts is particularly beneficial for premium short-run digital jobs."

Parikh also projected a substantial growth trajectory following the investment. "We anticipate a 15% plus growth post-investment. The ROI is expected to be quick, considering the low investment costs and the high efficiency of the machine."
