Visualization general: Siemens marine Graphical display

Hi All
Has anyone ever worked with the IMAC-L system.
It is a Siemens marine product.
I am trying to engineer the Extended alarm system which includes a HMI(KTP700 BASIC).
I'm trying to find out how will I engineer it, will I use TIA Portal or the IMAC-L software.
Please assist if possible.
