SIMATIC Ident - RFID Systems - Code Reading Systems: Reader usually hangs Following 10- minute working

Dear Sir,
We are using RFID ReaderRF660R versionv1.0. The system works following the setup:
Configuration: Reader, 2 antennas
1. When trigger sensor actives, Reader will read ID tagwhich passed the magnetic field of antennas.
2. ID tags were sent to PC via Ethernet
3. The software will send back "HIGH" signal to reader for informing reading status.
Problem: Reader hangs after 10-minute working (at that time only green LED lights).
Would you please take a look on attached file to see my configuration setup and suggest the points we need to check the error?
