Hello, I would like to know which components are needed for an automation system for a marine aquarium.
The automation system should operate:
n.8 taken controlled
n.1 group lights dimmable
1 probe for pH control
1 probe for monitoring temperature
Possibly if possible I want to connect to the LOGO! even n.1 Redox control probe and probe 1 for the control of the density marina
You can create an installation of this type using the PLC LOGO?
I kindly mentioned that the components should I buy to make this house?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
Sincerely, Mino
Dear Mino,
Yes, a Siemens LOGO! PLC can definitely handle the automation of your marine aquarium. Here's a component list and suggested setup:
Ensure the probes and transmitters you choose have a 4-20mA output signal, which is compatible with the LOGO!'s analog inputs. You'll need to configure the LOGO! to scale the 4-20mA signals to appropriate values for pH, temperature, redox, and salinity.
