SINAMICS general: Siemens drives V90 Target position Problem

Hello,
I'm programming packing machine with 7 servo drivers, controlled by Sinamics V90 PN . PLC is 1214.
Using standard FC SINA_POS with telegram 111.
All 6 drivers work fine, but from one drivers, sometime don't send AxisPosOK signals. Without any errors on Sinamics V90 and on SINA_POS block? But Axis is actually on position.
Change Speed, Acceleration and Deceleration, but same issue. As i told not always.
Maybe i'should using fine tuning?
Any idea?
Thanks for advice

Sinamics V90 PN - Intermittent AxisPosOK Signal Issue

Hello,

It's unusual to have intermittent AxisPosOK signals without reported errors. Here's a breakdown of potential causes and troubleshooting steps:

  • Telegram 111 Configuration: Double-check the configuration of Telegram 111 for the problematic drive. Ensure all relevant parameters related to position feedback are correctly mapped.
  • Cable & Connector: Inspect the cable and connector between the PLC and the drive. A loose connection or cable fault can cause intermittent communication issues.
  • EMC/Noise: Electrical noise can disrupt signals. Verify proper grounding and shielding of cables. Consider using shielded twisted-pair cables.
  • Fine Tuning: While not the primary solution, adjusting the following parameters in the Sinamics drive *might* help:
    • P0700 (Position control integral gain)
    • P0701 (Position control proportional gain)

Adjust these parameters cautiously and in small increments.

  • Drive Firmware: Ensure that the Sinamics V90 PN drive has the latest firmware.

If the issue persists, consider opening a support request via Siemens Support, providing detailed information about your setup and the intermittent behavior. Please provide the drive's firmware version and a sample of the PLC code.

Sincerely,
