Winder Application in Scout & WinCC

The Winder application (often referred to as the "Winder Function" or "Roll Manager") is typically an option package for WinCC, not directly within Scout. You likely need to purchase a license for it.

Here's a breakdown based on your versions:

• Scout V4.1.2.4: Scout itself doesn’t contain the Winder application. It’s used for project creation and configuration that feeds into WinCC.
• WinCC 3.0.0: This is where the Winder application resides. Confirm if you have the necessary license activated in WinCC.
• HMI Integration: The Winder application runs within WinCC and is displayed on your HMIs.
