I hope to get some advise on the subject module p/n 6ES7541‑1AB00‑0AB0.
These units have a 15-pin D-sub female connector and i am having trouble finding a mating conenctor that will allow me to terminate with a terminating resistor. Is there a 15 pin connector similar to the 9 pin that allows for a terminating resistor and 2 cables (6GK1500-0EA02)?
I am using these cards with field instruments that they themselves terminate with 120 ohm resistor.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

You are correct that finding a direct 15-pin D-sub connector equivalent to the 9-pin version (6GK1500-0EA02) with built-in termination can be challenging. The 6GK1500-0EA02 is specifically designed for RS-485 termination.
For the 6ES7541-1AB00-0AB0 module, since your field instruments already provide 120 Ohm termination, an additional terminating resistor in the connector may not be necessary and could potentially cause signal reflection issues.
However, if you require a connector with termination, consider using a standard 15-pin D-sub connector and adding an external 120 Ohm terminating resistor at the end of the bus, as close as possible to the last device. Ensure proper grounding to avoid noise.
