Decentral Peripherie: Distributed i/o et200s Fail Safe Central processing unit Software Downloading Issue

Hello,
I am facing an issue that, I have a SIMATIC ET 200S CPU (6ES7 151-8FB01-0AB0) which contains safety programs.
I uploaded the project from the CPU and want to download that in a new CPU which is exactly the same part no. as the uploaded one.
While downloading the safety program, I received an error which I attached below.
Could anyone help me how to download that uploaded project in the new CPU?

SIMATIC ET 200S CPU - Safety Program Download Issue

Dear Customer,

The error you are encountering during the safety program download to the new ET 200S CPU (6ES7 151-8FB01-0AB0) is typically due to a mismatch in hardware configuration or safety settings between the source and target CPUs. Here's a breakdown of troubleshooting steps:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Hardware Configuration: Ensure the hardware configuration in your TIA Portal project (especially the safety-related modules) precisely matches the new CPU and connected devices.
  2. Safety Settings Verification: Verify that the safety settings (e.g., certification level, safety functions used) are identical in both the project and the new CPU's configuration.
  3. Firmware Compatibility: Confirm that the firmware versions of both CPUs are compatible. Updating the new CPU's firmware to match the original may resolve the issue.
  4. Download as Single Block: Try downloading the safety program as a single block instead of individual modules.
  5. Clear Faults: Before downloading, ensure the new CPU is in a state where it accepts programming (no active faults).
