SIMATIC Panel: Siemens automation controller Op 7 Touch Display

i have problem with upload for op7 by prosave .it is working  receipt  file for upload but when hardware and firmware file upload it gives connection error after 1500 kb . it is not completed 
is there any setting for upload.kindly advice.
which program can I edit my all file,    if I will upload all file by prosave
