STEP 7 (TIA Portal): problems uninstalling tia portal v15.1

Hi everyone,
a long time ago, i've tried to uninstall tia portal v15.1 without seccessful until now. i cant uninstall the software from control panel or siemens uninstall wizard, just it doesn't anything.
in addition, it doesn't start tia portal.
all of this, after install pcWorx of phoenix contact.

TIA Portal V15.1 Uninstall & Startup Issues After PC Worx Installation

It appears the PC Worx installation may have caused conflicts preventing TIA Portal V15.1 uninstallation and startup. Here's a recommended approach:

  1. Complete Removal using Siemens Cleanup Tool: Download and run the Siemens Automation License Server Cleanup Tool (even though named for license server, it cleans residual TIA Portal files). Run it multiple times until it reports no further changes.
  2. Registry Cleaning (Caution): Back up your registry first! Use the Siemens Uninstall Wizard again *after* Cleanup Tool runs. If still failing, manually remove residual TIA Portal keys in the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Siemens and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Siemens). *This is advanced - proceed with extreme caution!*.
  3. Reinstall TIA Portal: After a successful cleanup, attempt a fresh installation of TIA Portal V15.1.
