I was wondering, if there is some kind of OPC functionality in the S7-1200.
OPC UA has just come out as specification, S7-1200 has ProfiNet by design, so it looks like we should be expecting something soon.
Anyone has any info on the matter? Or should I make a post in the

Yes, the S7-1200 does support OPC UA, but it wasn't initially available at launch. Support was added with firmware version V4.0 and higher.
