Designing Ladder Diagrams in LOGO!

Hello! Siemens Self Support here, integrated with SiePortal. You're asking about fundamental Ladder Diagram design within LOGO!, specifically output repetition and reset/set operations.

Here's a breakdown of how to achieve these, with links to helpful resources:

Repeating Outputs

To repeat an output on multiple lines, you can use a normally open contact connected to the output. This effectively mirrors the output's state. Alternatively, utilize network connections to distribute signals efficiently.

Resetting/Setting Outputs

For resetting outputs, use a normally closed contact in series with the output's coil, activated by a reset signal. To set an output, use a normally open contact activated by a set signal. Pulse setting/resetting is often preferable for reliability.
