STEP 7 (TIA Portal): Tia18 Running out From resources

Hello everyone.
After opening one of the projects from TIA15.1 on TIA18 and all projects stopped opening for me on TIA 18. My main problem is this:
"The integrity monitoring service is running out of resource.
Release resource by closing applications currently not in use."
Has anyone had similar problems know how to fix it?
