STEP 7 (TIA Portal): Tia V13 Simulator Setup Fault

Dear Experts,
                        I have Tia V13 And Step-7 Pro V13 And Wincc Basic V13 installed my PC.
                        And Am  Downloading  the V13 PLC Simulation Software In Siemens Website.
 
                        Am trying to Install V13 Simulator There is an error. 
                                 Herewith I have attached the Screenshot 
                                         * Installed TIA V13 Details.
                                           * Error Message 
                                            * TIA V13 Simulator  Download link Details.
                                (My system (PC) Configuration Is Windows 7 Professional SP1, 32 bit Type).
Please Help this ..
