SIMODRIVE Converter system: Simodrive 611U Fault E A510

Hi,
After we replaced a simodrive-controller card (6SN1118-0NH01-0AA1) we're having the following problem:
As soon as motor is trying to run, the fault "E A510" appears. We reset the 6SN1118-XXX card, fault LED goes out, but comes back on with same fault "E A510", when motor is trying to run. The same happens after a power outage. The only way to resolve the problem is by using the SimoCom U Software (Ver. 12.02.07), and running the motor manually for a few seconds then it runs just fine in auto, (until the next power-outage). We have dozens machines that use these controller cards, and this problem started happening after we replaced the older 6SN1118 card with a newer one. The order numbers seem to be the same, but I suspect that the newer one needs a certain parameter set/adjusted. I also swapped one of our older cards with this new one and never had a problem, so we know the problem is definetly the card...
Are there any parameters that need to be changed, for this card??
