Visualization general: Windows control center Release 5.1 Sp3 srash

We are updating the system that is using WinCC version 5.1 SP3.
But when the system run about several days, the screen picture parameters were freeze (the status of devices and measurement values were not update any more). Thescreen occur message:

Unhandled exception was raised. Look WinCC Diagnose
directory for details.

When we restart PC, the system is OK. But after several days the system repeat this fault.
Please help us how to resolve this trouble.
