Hello everyone,
we have a sitrans lut400 level controller and it was working fine.
then we has a wrong reading and when i checked, the current output is fixed on 1.6 mA
all parameters are assigned correctly nothing was changed, i tried to simulate the output by setting
the output current to manual, nothing changed
also i have measured using HART output but the same problem remains fixed on 1.8 mA
i checked the circuits inside it looks normal no damaged components
also i tried MASTER RESET with no change.
could anyone help with this issue ?
