Importing technical question of a user

Hi ,
I am facing a problem with one of my FUM card, i have redundant card for the same but when i check the cards by indivitually one of my cards seems not working. i have around 6 signals configured and all the signals are working except one. How can i rectify this issue.
If i put another FUM card in place of the problem one do i have to do something with Engineering Station? or is it like hot swapping that i can replace the damaged one with other with out any generation & trnasfer?
what it seems to me is a single channel failure, i am not sure
. could you help me on this.
