Decentral Peripherie: Im151-7f Cup stops when Supervision Troubleshooting shows Information corruption Within safety Software

Hi Everyone,

CPU we are using - IM151-7F CPU

Problem we experience - PLC runs fine normally, when we
tried to monitor standard code or safety code or through variable table or even
compare block with online the CPU goes into stop mode. Monitoring standard code
works for about 5-15 second then PLC stops. Monitoring safety code stops the
PLC after 1 second most times.

Diagnostics Buffer of PLC - (see attached screen shot)

- While PLC is running fine it shows "Consistancy of
the safety program cannot be checked

- after PLC stopps it shows "Data corruption in the
saefty program before output to partner F-CPU and is refering to DB200 in
particular (a instance DB for F_SENDDP)

We tried

- recompiling and downloading, same problem

- cycling power on PLC, same problem

- looked at "Check for access from standard user
program" (from edit safety program window). It indicated safety code is
using M0 clock bits. I understand this may cause an issue as clock bits are
asynchronous? However we have serveral other safety code on other PLC accessing
M0 clock bits, and they dont have any problems.

Thanks,

Allen
