Update your settings

Hi experts,
I am using a load cell WL250 with WP321 module with S7 1500 module.
I am not able to read any process value from the DB of the load cell. I have tried to follow the exact steps as per the HMI (in example) and reflect those actions in the OB1, yet there is no help in callibration. 
The LC light does not turn green. I have checked the connection to the module, it is alright. Its 4 wire not 6 wire so I have used jumper b/w ex and sig. Also I did a test of resistance (after disconnecting the sensor) for less than an ohm difference between exi and sig ; and it seems to be okay.
In the HW config, I am receiving error, that the module is undervoltage. I tried to check the voltage also, between the sig and exi and it read 10 VDC. I also confirmed the voltage from the PSU it is 24VDC. I have tried to callibrate from the HMI, but it does not help.
I followed the same procedure (cmd trigger, cmd val)
1 > 11 > 2003 > change min, max weight and calibration weights > 4003 > calibrate > 2
but it does not help. For an reason I am unable to see the prcess value changed even in DR 14/31.
