I have done all this configuracion, but I dont have any response from the encedor. If I move the encoder slowly I get values incrementing one by one. Bt if I do it fast, I don´t have any answer. It doesn´t count. What can I do?
Please check the filter timing of your digital inputs.
These are set to a too high value.

why should i have check filter time after enabling the hsc although Manual says
"
If an HSC is not configured to use a point, the filter setting chosen in this screen applies. If
an HSC is configured to use an input point, the filter setting for that point is automatically set
at 800 ns and is not affected by the configuration on this screen."
Did I understand this note cleary ?
