I have a PC with Windows7 Pro x64 SP1 and I want to install TIA Portal V15 (Step7 and WinCC Advanced) on it.
But I've got the following error in the installation log file while installing. It refers to the ALM installation error.
03:21:49 |ERROR AdsWorkerClassicProduct::OnWorkerCompleted(): - ClassicProduct setup failed due to unknown error
03:21:49 | FAIL! SetupUnit (LicenseManager) Failed ClassicProductAddLocal
I tried to install it three or four times after repairing and uninstalling previous installations. But every time I receive the same error with ALM. I even receive this error when I try to repair installation.
Could you please advice me what may be the reason of the error and how can I fix it?
