I have an issue with PCS7 V9.0 SP2. It seems like it is no longer possible to access the OPC-DA server with any OPC browser (I've tried OPC Scout and Matrikon OPC Explorer).
It is working fine on SP1, but as soon as I upgrade to SP2, the issue arise. I've checked all DCOM settings, ran the security controller etc. All settings are the same as on the SP1 installation.
In the release notes for WinCC V7.4 SP1, it mentions that with Update 7, access to the WinCC-OPC-A&E-Server needs an OpenPCS7 license. Is it possible that this update also influenced access to the OPC-DA server?
If somebody can confirm this, or point me to another possible cause, it would be much appreciated...
