I'm facing with the same problem, when I want to integrate a device into the Simatic PDM catalog, I choose a compressed zip file or a folder but both case it doesn't allow to insert any device and said "No device description found"
For any case I already download the DD files from both the manufacturer (Emerson/Rosemount) and also HART foundation website but the problem is still exist.
