I am having a computer based hmi designed on protool having protool RT and have communication with Omron CQM1 the problem is that whenever i start the plc from off to on the protool shows communication estabilished with PLC but when i pressed a button or gives input to PLC from HMI it gives the following error
190001 Tag VAR_4: error status ended
190011 Tag
VAR_4: Value could not be written to PLC
190004 Tag VAR_4: PLC address error
but when i update any vale anyone value in PLC from CX-Programmer(Omron Programming Software) and then start Protool RT the error goes why is that so.
