IEM has lots of unhandled exceptions. Is this something being worked on?
Yes, we are aware of increased occurrences of unhandled exceptions within the Industrial Edge Management (IEM) system. This is currently under investigation by our engineering team.
Known Causes: Several factors can contribute, including specific device models, firmware versions, and network configurations.
Workaround/Mitigation: While a permanent fix is being developed, restarting the IEM service often temporarily resolves the issue. Regularly monitoring the IEM logs is crucial for identifying the root cause of specific exceptions.
