Communication with Siwarex U without RS232 Port

1. USB to RS232 Converter: While you've tried this, ensure the converter supports the correct serial communication parameters (baud rate, data bits, parity, stop bits) required by Siwarex U. Crucially, some cheaper converters have compatibility issues. Consider a high-quality converter specifically designed for industrial applications.
2. PCIe/USB Serial Adapter: If your laptop has a PCIe slot, an internal serial adapter card offers a reliable solution. USB serial adapters are also available.
3. Siemens PROFIBUS/PROFINET Interface: If your Siwarex U supports PROFIBUS or PROFINET, consider using a corresponding interface on your laptop. This usually requires an additional adapter and configuration within the Siemens TIA Portal.
