As from WinCC Unified V18 there is the option off dynamisation with multiple bits.
BUT!
Apparently the dynamization does NOT work if two or more of those bits come "true" at the same time. For expressions, WinCC takes the first one that is satisfied, but that does not happen here.
Or am I wrong?
I'm on WinCC Unified V18 Upd 2

You are correct in observing that WinCC Unified V18 (Update 2) dynamization, when using multiple bits, does not evaluate all true conditions simultaneously. It prioritizes the first bit that evaluates to TRUE and applies the corresponding action. Subsequent TRUE bits are ignored for that specific dynamization instance.
This behavior is by design. If you require evaluation of multiple conditions, you'll need to use alternative approaches like combining the bits using logical OR operators within a script or expression linked to the dynamization trigger.
