Different Stamp Time Error during Configuration Transfer (7SJ62)

Dear Dario,

The "Different stamp time" error indicates a timestamp mismatch between the module file and the device configuration. This typically occurs when the device's internal clock differs significantly from the timestamp embedded in the configuration file.

Solution:

  1. Synchronize Device Time: Use DIGSI to set the correct date and time on the 7SJ62 relay.
  2. Re-export Configuration: Re-export the configuration from DIGSI. This will embed the current timestamp.
  3. Retry Transfer: Attempt the configuration transfer again.

For detailed instructions, please refer to the following SiePortal knowledge article: Different Stamp Time Error During Configuration Transfer.

If the issue persists, please provide the exact DIGSI version you are using.

Sincerely,

Siemens Self Support
