We are running wincc applications on each line. These are in turn communicating to a master/redundant setup which is hosting the SQL Server. All the scripts are working fine. Such as opening and closing popups. But when we used the master to host yet another area of the plant, the Wincc on the master works well with the SQL server that it is hosting, but from the other work stations items that are linked thru that project do not function properly. Ex we open a popup from another line and populate it with data from a tag from the master, the SQL sees the window open, but once the popup is closed the SQL doesnt see it closed. So on the wincc the popup closes but the script will not allow it to open again because we check to see if it is open already? This works fine with all production lines talking with the master just fails when we grap a .pdl from the project on the master.
