In video attached you can see 1214 DC/DC/DC CPU and 6ES7 223-1PH32-0XB0 connected. CPU is reseted to factory settngs. In TIA portal after diagnostics I can see only CPU, module is absent and its "diag" LED is blinking. + 24 VDC power supply is connected to 1L and 2L, minus is connected to some of LED segments of the 16 segments LED display.
Is it necessary to connect power supply to X10 and X11 terminals of SM1223 in order to use it, having in mind that CPU and SM1223 are conected to each other already.
