I have a similar issue - The PLC is changing to summertime correctly but the HMI does not. The PLC is acting as a Time Server but as it brodcasts the system time, not local time.
So the HMI will change with the PLC, but the HMI does not seem to recognise summer time. This means that all alarm data is 1hour out.
