Hardware and software setup is described below.
I have a twofold challange which I hope you can help me with.
I have a list of approximately 40.000 barcode numbers (usually around 15characters) which I need to search in for the barcode I just read to my PLC, then I need take the appropriate action as defined for the bar code in question, I have 100 to 200ms to do this search in the PLC. Each bar code has two integers attached which define the appropriate action so I am picturing a 2D array (40000,3) in a datablock
Problem 1: 
How to move the list to the PLC, the list is located on a PC in a CSV file, there are many columns but I am only interested in three of them, also what would be the best method to store the list, is there another viable option then 2D array (40000,3) in a datablock?
Problem 2:
How would be the most efficient way to search the list, should I create indexes to save time when searching or something else.

Relevant setup:
CPU 1510SP-1 PN, 6ES7 510-1DJ01-0AB0 running TIA Portal Professional V15.1
Universtal PC running WinCC Advanced RT V15.1 and stores the list in a CSV file.
