I am facing with the same problem.
I am working my project on PCS7 V8 SP1 and APL V8 for block icon and its faceplate.
On my OS there is no group display showing on overview area and acknowledge button on all faceplate is not working if we click it. If we use
apdiag
tool to diagnose the problem there is unknown error when we click the acknowledge button. Please see the attachment.
What should I do to solve the problem? I have tried the advises that posted on this forum but the problem is still there.
