Is it possible to attach documentation (for instance a pdf-file) to an alarm message in WinCC?
And even beter would be if we could link a message to the correct page in the pdf-file.
For reporting the messages from plc to WinCC we want to use an Alarm_S (SFC18)or Alarm_SQ (SFC17) function block in the plc (S7-319-F).
All relevant message text is in the plc, configured with the standard "Special Object Properties -> Messages ..." in Step 7. In WinCC there is no alarmlistgenerated because of this way of configuring the messages.
The messages are CPU-oriented at this moment. Message numbers are generated by Step 7 in this way. So in WinCC I do not know to which message number I should link my documentation.
Does anyone have experience with documentation in WinCC? Or any suggestions?
