I'm trying to replace a competitor level radar in a customer's application, but I don't have many possible tries to success: I need your help. I don't know the exact competitor model, but I'll try to give you all the informations I have:
The tank height is 7 m with animal fat in it, once it is descharged, the customer replace it with nitrogen to avoid the vacuum waiting for the next load. Also, the temperature is not always steady, and as you clearly know, the viscosity and density are changing. After each discharge, fat residues remain on the tank walls.
