My problem is about strange working of fault-tolerant system. I use (CP1623+redconnect v8.2+sp1+S7-400H) with ISO-on-TCP, and it works fine until I shutdown first S7-412(Path1)of pair of it. Then I see in "S7 redconnect diagnostic tool" that Path1 has status ABORT and Path2 has status DOWN after some time after shutdown. Then whole connection takes status DOWN and since that no data can be read from PLC. But if I switch PLC (Path1) to STOP mode by little lever on face of it, there Path1 takes ABORT status, Path2 takes PROD status and system continues to work well.
So, disconnection occurs only when I shutdown PLC (or disconnect cable from PLC) on Path with PROD status. And does not occur when I switch PLC to STOP.
OS: Windows7 64
Simatic NET V8.2+SP1
Please, help me to solve this issue.
And one more question.
In normal situation Path1 and Path2 have PROD and STANDBY statuses respectively. And there is another strange thing - Path1 always has status PROD and Path2 always has status STANDBY, independent of blinking indicator MSTR on PLCc. Is it normal?
